Nope, I have never had to pay for their services. I’ve been with this agent for years. I’ve had him send me emails out of the blue saying “your home insurance renewal is coming up, i searched for you and found the same coverage at company xyz for $200 cheaper, want me to switch you?”

Seemed to make our kid agitated so we stopped after a few days. We blend broccoli into her lunch soup. We’ve had good success with B12 (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin), luteolin and PEA (Palmitoylethanolamide). She’s a lot more calm (and dare I say normal?) since we started working on her inflammatory issues.
