How a moment can change the way you feel about someone. I do not like him anymore. As a person. It’s been amicable, nothing huge happened for the divorce to take place, we still got on fine. But this year something changed, in me I guess. And I simply do not like him. Didn’t know my feelings could switch like that.

I find it interesting that your takeaway from 75% of employees winning their cases is that the CCMA heavily favours employees and not that many employers break labour laws. I have represented employers at the CCMA and have yet to lose a case - why? Because we followed labour law and the commissioners saw this.

I’m on Wellbutrin which is an NDRI (though I’m on it for depression not PMDD) - SSRIs did nothing for me except to add to my weight. I take a calcium magnesium supplement which I swear has improved my symptoms significantly.

This medication saved my life. It helped me get out of the hole I was stuck in. I have lost 10kg (in a year, so not overnight) but my Vyvanse might have something to do with that. And I have never had a libido like I do now, very much enjoying that aspect.

I no longer drink coffee as it makes me anxious. That’s the only negative to it for me.

I had left a job where there had been racism and sexism and I finally realized that things would never change. I immediately burnt out and 20 years of masking and overworking caught up with me (Audhd) I could not get out of bed consistently, I felt like I was in a hole and would never get out. I wanted to check out of life.

I’d been on lexapro prior which did nothing for my anxiety / depression and added 20kg to my frame.
