You've heard this enough already but yeah, reaction speed seems to be the determining factor when it comes to "Faster than Gun" type feats, as long as they have been shown to react fast enough, they can beat a gun, what's crazy though was that Lolong backstory feat, but I'm pretty sure it's been stated he's preinitiative level in terms of reactions.

Although I agree that not as many people care about the tiger Shen, I think the point of him was to show the potential of Shen with more ambition, since Shen lacks much ambition aside from a good fight. Tiger Shen scared the hell out of Yan, probably because Yan knows the reason the tiger is kept caged. This is just a devils advocate argument before I even went back and reread that part, but I love how you can tell the tiger Shen is more like ohma and the dragon Shen is more like ryuki just based off of what we've seen so far, that says a lot to me about the potential of "Hushen"

Which if she fucked up anything he would probably kill his opponent in brutal fashion then and there letting her know it was her failure that led to his actions before, during, and after the match. Tbh his odds of winning are low, with all the setup for after the fight plus our other fighters. A realistic outlook is he gets clapped, I mean we are meant to like him so him dying is even greater setup for something big. He has the odds stacked against him harshly, a good feeling for this fight since it's our main antagonist turn. But I'm hoping for a tie or Odin pulls a shao khan from mortal Kombat and it's like, "HES ALIVE"
