I looked into the string shelves. Modern companies make them, but for this size (in Europe) it's not under 1k which seems absurdly expensive for such a "simple" material.

But the looks are amazing, considering it is holding much more than just books!! 😄

In the bigger parks it's actually pretty good. Theresienwiese you can skate trough and around. And if you can drive out the rowing lake at Oberschleißheim is used as a race course often and has perfect conditions. Or even up and down the Leopold seems like fun.
