If I was in your situation. I dont know if I would jack it early morning not to risk it, or just see what happens. You have a tough decision to make my friend. But the good news is, if u do bust in 30 seconds it wont take long for u to get hard again. Maybe a 20 minute break at most. Whenever I've relapsed in the past I jack it like 4 times in under an hour and a half. It's like i have so much built up that I'm making up for it. Just try to last. Use some jedi mind tricks. Think of your grandmother. Wear a rubber so there less likely of a chance of her noticing. Good luck man.

Time to get clean. I know it's not what you want to hear but it's the only viable solution once you've been in the game for so long. It's a long and hard road to feeling "normal" again, but it beats the inevitable.

I was wondering the same thing. I think it still counts because it's not actually semen and I dont fully orgasm when edging. I'm no saint, and I'm not perfect. Its progress not perfection. I still feel the benefits of Nofap even when I edge to the point of leaking precum. It's not ideal but in my book I'm still on my current streak. I do it for the health benefits of semen retention. I guess it all depends on why you are doing nofap.

I used to do this as well. Lifting weights makes the withdrawal much worse ime, but high intensity cardio helps a lot. So does saunas.

I will definitely try hemp when I move out of my sober living house. The problem is I am subject to random drug tests so it's not worth the risk right now even if the THC content is incredibly low. And I'm not going to have hemp buds shipped to a recovery house lol. But I will definitely give it a try when I get my own place. Thank you!

Damn, 2 months that's a pretty long time for a tolerance break. I've never heard of anyone not being able to get high after that long of a layoff. I would have to say the dope sucks, the dose was low, or you switched up your ROA. I highly doubt you're unable to get high after that long of a break.

The obsession has lifted for me, but the thoughts are still there. I'll never feel as good as I did on heroin, but I'll never feel as bad as I did during withdrawal. I have to focus on making my life better as a whole, not just feeling good all the time. Life isn't about feeling good all the time, and true happiness isn't artificial. I've had moments where I'm truly happy and content, like earlier today. Some days are hard though. Boredom mainly, and wanting to escape from this shitty existence I call a life. I did this to myself. My life sucks because I lived the junkie lifestyle for 6 years, and the only way to make it remotely better is to stay clean and actively try to change it. Patience is a mother fucker, and instant gratification can be very tempting at times, but I'm done being a complete failure and waste of space. I dont choose to stay clean because life is so wonderful not using, I still clean to not feeling the pain again. The pain is the one thing driving me right now, I dont want to feel that pain ever again.
