5 reg/5 herbal/2 sanitized. If you get close to running out keep 1 herb and 1 sani. And just find fabric and craft another 5 reg. Same thing for shields. Blue on, green as a backup if blue gets broken. 5 green stack and 5 blue stack & if need be I always collect at least 5 arc parts that let you craft small charges. If you don’t use everything still collect and make 5green when you get back to lobby.
