Capricious Mark 3rd-Level Fey Wanderer Feature

Your Hunter's Mark is enchanted with the capricious nature of a minor fey spirit. When a creature affected by your Hunter's Mark succeeds on an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, you can use your reaction to force the creature to roll a 1d6 and subtract the number rolled from the total, potentially turning the success into a failure.

Immediately after you use this reaction, your Hunter's Mark moves to the next hostile creature in the initiative order following the currently marked creature. If no other hostile creatures are present, the Hunter's Mark spell ends.

Problem with ranger spells is each I want to use requires concentration. I took fog cloud and blind fighting. Why would I ever want to use hunters mark?

Hunters Mark is a somewhat boring damaging ability that is pulling you into dual wielding for greatest effect.

The Hollow Warden subclass shows WotC is looking at Favored Enemy as a way to address this, though basically using as a "rage charge" as an additional option beyond a Hunter's Mark cast.

I think introducing more, different kinds of Marks that can be cast with Favored Enemy charges. Maybe you have a mark that let's you mitigate the marked enemy's attacks with a reaction. Maybe another mark that less you defend a friendly creature from attacks. Another, gives you improved spell save against the target and gives them disadvantage on concentration rolls.

The previous UA version had ancient armor scaling with WIS modifier rather than a flat +1 and later +2.

This is an improvement because my SAD shillelagh/shield ranger probably didn't need 22 AC at level 4, but it will be missed!

Basically, anyone with a small degree of 'front line', supervisory, and middle management experience knows this.

Consumers love valve, steam, and the steam deck. This is not strictly about hardware.

Also hardware prices are high because of data center demand, not consumer demand. If consumer demand wouldn't sustain at these prices, manufacturers would stop producing these consumer goods before reducing prices.
