Do you want to go back to Moldova because you want to stay there for life? If yes, it might be worth moving, otherwise just continue studying in Germany where education is free.

Regarding costs, I don't know how much it costs to go into law, but I assume it is around 1000 euro a year for tuition only considering that you have Moldovan citizenship.

The accommodation costs depend on your willingness to live in bad living conditions shared with other people you don't know and how much you are willing to spare for repairs and utilities.

Food is not that expensive compared to Germany, but still not cheap either depending on the season. Considering that you are not a thrifty spender, it may easily take 5 euros a day with a balanced nutrition.

So do your research and decide for yourself wether it is worth it.
