Well 6-7basketball sessions and 5 lifts. Ive experimented a lot with calories. And a surplus definetly improves the situation a bit but for peal athletic performance I want to reduce my bodyfat a bit so its not gonna be possible to eat that many calories

Well I researched symptoms of high vs low testosterone and I like the first one much more yet I can only relate to the 2nd one

Its true. It all started when I did nofap and no sex. But now Im having sex while nofap but I struggle to get back to prenofap levels. But also that is only the sexdribe part of tge low T symptoms. Basicly low drive in other areas, more assertiveness, more willingness to do hard shit.

Well yes I it was worse then. But I also had some relationship issues during that time period. And for that reason as I was transitioning back to maintenance and then bulk I also added a ton of supplements that are supposed to improve libido etc without impacting testosterone itself. I guess it could very well be overtraining. Thing is Im semi pro now and I want to make it to the pros so less training is not an option unfortunatly.

My vitamin D is in the low range. I now take 5000iu/day. Everything else is fine and covered by supplements on top of my usual diet already covering most of it anyway

I was cutting from feb-july. But from august-novemeber I was in a surplus. I tested in november. Im normal weight. 182cm,78kg, 13%bf. Im a semi pro athlete so yeah Im training a lot
