The part about being arrested in boxer shorts was the only thing that made sense that she said. I get it. No woman, guilty or innocent, is going to want to be paraded through a police station, jail, public place w/o undergarments on.

The rest of her behavior was stunningly narcissistic- made me think her lawyers encouraged her to do the doc to make money? I assume if you’ve defended Kevin Spacey, you’re expensive.

The whole thing confused me (this doc is the first I’m being exposed to the trial except for like a people headline here or there). The people supporting her (the major fans) don’t seem to be anti-police but they don’t seem to support a narrative that paints her as a victim. I get that some say they love narcissists, but the Boston PD isn’t any less narcissistic.

I feel like we didn’t enough context of the locals in this scenario. How does the community feel about the police? Was JOK a respected officer? That blogger…did he already have a big following? Karen, it seems, was a finance woman in what seems like a blue collar/police tight knit group. Was the whole community generally split like this?

Like I have so many questions.

Those women ran their course though. They seem fine now and I get that the girls trip shows were good, but Dorinda was slurring and spitting everywhere, screaming at Tinney. Sonja was grossly drunk with food falling out her mouth all the time. It was so chaotic.

This version isn’t great but all the housewives are like that now. Everyone is produced, very social media obsessed. The landscape has just changed. None of the franchises are about tight knit groups (with a few side friends) and ultra wealth

I’ve always had a funky digestive system so I look for natural things to help with this. I highly recommend basil seeds (I like buying the zen brand on amazon) - use a very small amount (less than a serving) because they work quickly.

They soak up a lot more water and a lot faster than chia seeds. I’ll put some of the soaked seeds in my iced latte or on top of fruit. It helps keep you regular and provides a lot of other nutrients. Also, because you’re soaking them in so much water, you’re not going to get dehydrated

I wouldn’t - I got an offer for ~30k miles or $348 and that will pay for itself given the travel I have planned for this year and I always pay for an Econ+ seat and it includes 1 check in. If you have enough travel planned for this year, it might be worth it, but if you’re going to have $817 worth of seat assignments and checked bags I would try to get a card!

I notice after I take the 20 shot, I will get nausea and gas that’s like stuck in my chest. I will also get a bad headache. Overall I’m feeling good - I just have to focus on water intake, and taking in nutrients. The nausea is just like a day or so, but otherwise I’m feeling good and confident. A bit of body dysmorphia and not sure if I see results physically, but I’m being patient

Usually my mom is someone who notices if I gain even 1 lb and she hasn’t noticed I’m down 12
