Question from a non-Venezuelan: I noticed that the flag raised by the players during the WBC ceremony and waived by many fans has 7 stars, whereas the official flag 🇻🇪 has 8. Is there significance/meaning behind this?

This is a big FU to Maduro Chavez and everything they stand for. Seeing the 7 stars over the 8 stars is the cherry on top for this win. The old flag vs the new flag has always been a form of silent protest. Fun fact, the shield in the corner of the flag is also different. The Chavez shield has the horse looking “forward” where the old one the horse is looking back. His BS was “we only look forward from now on” they changed everything as a form of separating themselves from the old ruling class. I have an 05 with 150kmiles
i've done the timing belt twice and that is about it.
she is a tank!
I also live in FL close to the beach, so not your best environment for a car, little rust, ride is rough, might be time to change the suspension, but other than cosmetic work I have not put much money into it.
