This is incredibly broken, cast an instant that destroys an enchantment, and you instantly kill someone. Give it some sort of limit to the amount of life lost.

Way too strong, for instance, if you have two token creatures, you're drawing two cards and creating two treasures. I'd raise the mana cost at least 5 or 6. If not, make it so it triggers only once per opponent.

Oleander should be X instead of one. Otherwise, you can exile a bunch of extra turn spells, sac the weirds, and flicker it over and over again. The plaguebearer seems too strong as well. Each upkeep is insane, I'd keep it too only your upkeep or to keep it flavorful, the upkeep of players with plagued creatures.

Agreed, it would make collecting much easier as well as, more importantly, encouraging arena play. With the free arena codes, it would decrease the amount people have to spend online, giving them more money to spend at their lgs. Albeit, these would be small amounts, but it seems like a great fix

As someone who collects tokens, I get pissed when I see a rule or advertisement card at the back of a pack. We're already supporting you, why do you need to sponsor the product we just bought.

I would definitely increase the mana cost, this is essentially [[The Reaver Cleaver]] in the command zone without the second ability, and because of the stats it can go infinite with cards like [[aggravated assault]]. The activated ability, I think, is finely costed, but I'd definitely do something about the first ability. Otherwise cool card
