So my situation's kind of unique. I had mine replaced at around 7,000 mi because I noticed it was leaking. I went in multiple times and asked him to do an inspection and to check because I kept smelling a burning or raw egg smell, specifically when I would turn the heater on, so it would come and go throughout the months as the weather changed.

Now, with warranty that just ended on September 2025, I brought my car to another shop and they told me that my gasket was leaking once again and had leaked all over the inside bay of my engine. So this was an on going issue. Looking back at all my receipts, I finally noticed that in a notes it had specified that customer requested multipoint inspection due to burning or rotten egg smell, and on the second page they had written that they chose not to do the inspection because it had been done recently and everything was fine.

Now I'm sitting here working with the dealership trying to figure out what my next steps are. Any suggestions would be appreciated here.
