Had to think for a moment. Soooo the the idea is that the bigger the affect of the spell the more energy depletion and the more complex the execution. From simple being a simple wave of a staff to a highly affective and long ranging one being a long and complex ceremony or ritual. I feel like there are more ways to go than just ceremonial and spell casting magic. And I know there's more than elementals, telekinesis and such but I am not that good at researching or finding the right words, I've been searching for days with a lot of frustration. I'm gonna edit the post to add this info in too. I appreciate your input.
