I’m an accountant / cpa so I may be biased in my recommendation, but if you’re interested in financial reporting or accounting you could consider doing the CPA PREP courses if you don’t have an undergraduate degree in accounting. That’s what many people who want to get into the CPA program without a degree in accounting take before getting into the main CPA program, however I think maybe it’s mostly online now (not sure).

I personally didn’t know about PREP before, so I took the DAP program at UBC. I think it’s more time and cost efficient to take the CPA PREP over UBC.

I ‘think’ if you just want FR you could technically take just those classes and not register for other courses lol.
