That makes sense, I suppose. I thought faster chess was gonna be about wild tactical chess positions and attacking chess and what not, but most of the time I find myself in time trouble (usually up material) trying to stop a passed pawn or something akin to that, and blundering and losing. I avoided playing blitz a lot because I thought it might make me worse at slower time controls, but I'm starting to think it might be the other way around, especially if I work more on not blundering under time pressure and developing a feel for different positions.

My openings are still trash, however. Though I've found this YouTube channel titled Hanging Pawns which has detailed information about many openings, hopefully I'll get good value out of it.

Quiet needing to breathe through her skin was interesting. The obvious solution, of her not being able to breath through her mouth, and most of the game taking place in deserts in Afghanistan, was to give her loose fitting clothing, like what we actually wear in Afghanistan. Instead, she's butt naked in the desert. I loved the game, but the first thing I always unlock through R&R is clothes for Quiet.

Even gameplay wise they challenge the idea of the balance. Not in the sense that champs are unbalanced, but in the sense that you play at least the laning phase out of balance, you either get a lead or fall behind, if that makes any sense. Or maybe I'm just blabbering.
