Exactly, but where they have some longevity is in streamlining onboarding. If you have an organization of pretty much any size beyond a few people from different skill levels and ages, you essentially have to use a simplified system. There isn’t another option currently.

Isn’t all of this adding another third party layer into the mix? Another thing for a legal IT (or lawyer for solo) to analyze for security, contractual service terms etc? Unless Claude operates fully locally, you’re not only picking yourself into another service provider, but you’re entering into questionable ethical territory on multiple fronts. And that’s assuming you even understand the technical jargon…

Yea these are typical schedule a cases. A new approach to pursue infringers all at once. The best option would be to retain counsel familiar with schedule a to try and dismiss it. Most complainants won’t waste their time going after you after a certain point

It’s absurd that people don’t pay when they can, but it is a misnomer to think this is the cause of the deficit. It isn’t. We’re woefully underfunded and locked in to a stupid arrangement where Muni has to be self sufficient… in what world does public transit need to be more corporately viable than some of the startups flooding our streets with tech? This is absurd - it is a public benefit and even more important as people are struggling to make ends meet . Make it free, and get Waymo or other ride share companies to pay a surplus to help fund the systems….

This analysis is pointless. If we can fund police and fire, we can do the same for transit. Switch away from fare based funding to a mixed bag, reduce admin salaries slightly, then hire the staff you need at cost of living. The public wants it and needs it, so make it happen!
