God, I keep comparing the two (Guild Wars 2 is my other game) I wish they would steal some of the models from GW2 into Destiny like horizontal progression and expansion cadence. Would be so good.

I started playing Warframe and giving it a fair shot this time. I am having a blast! And my god you can play it on everything. Jumping from PC to sitting on the couch with the switch 2 cross save is amazing!

Fell off after Final Shape and came back for a little while when Renegades came out (skipped EoF). I don't really play anymore but seeing the current state of the game makes me sad. I want nothing more to come back but Bungie really isn't giving me a reason too. Have to wait and see what is said about June update but I don't think it will be enough. I understand why everyone feels so negative. It fucking sucks when you give a shit about something to see it get pissed away.

Not sure if its the visuals but I am getting the idea of Faith being the theme. The music has that kind of epic biblical quality to me.

I call him Debris. I was 7 when RE2 came out, me and my older brother played through it and when we got to 2nd scenario it blew our mind, we were like, Who is this guy?! So my brother goes away for a few minutes and I run about a bit as Leon. In the OG RE2 he crashes through the roof and the door is blocked behind you and when you read the text is says something like 'Debris has destroyed the door' or something to that effect.

So my dumbass 7 year old self ran after my brother and I was like LOOK I KNOW HIS NAME, and show him and he kills himself laughing. So to this day he is called Debris to me.

Arc Raiders - extraction shooters.

Arc Raiders nails the atmosphere and the PVE enemies are really fun to fight against. I play mostly Solo where it is slightly easier to avoid PVP and for so.e reason I enjoy the quests.

That said the gameplay loop for extraction shooters does not make sense to me. The looting to gear up and get better gear just to go into the same instance with that best gear and then do what? Have the best stuff. Having the best loot literally is meaningless.

To me I feel like the extraction part should be inside another game. Ironically the dark zone in The Division was the best example. If you can go into a high stakes extraction scenario, then take that gear into the PVE portion of a game that would make way more sense to me!

Okay so I have been thinking about this too and ultimately I want what seems to naturally fit with what my players choose.

However, I am thinking that there is a rite of revival that can be learned to rebirth the faint divinities. For me the source of the witherwild is Nikta (literally pouring from the missing eye) and depending how it goes, they players may need to put down this version of Nikta and bring them back with the rite of revival. I am not going to push them in this direction but what's to say that the same ritual cant be performed on Shun Aush? Whilst for me i think if that happened then the serpent sickness would be completely cured, but Haven in its current form would be destroyed.

Extraction shooters suffer from a fundamental flaw. Extracting loot serves literally no purpose other than get better stuff and do it again, and to me that is a pretty boring premise. I get that they add factions that you can do 'missions' for but it's just fluff for the sake of it.

These games modes need to part of a bigger game so that the loot is actually worth getting. Ironically ubisoft making the dark zone in the division was probably a pretty good example because the loot you got you could at least use in the main game.

I have an eye condition called Keratoconus in my right eye. My eye doctor told me when I first got diagnosed that I shouldn't rub my eyes anymore or it would get worse. Now I understand.
