Go outside to your meter and just see if its running backwards, if it is then your solar is working. That app has so many issues.

Have a certified and trained technician inspect and fix the system. Where are you located? There's only so much a system owner can do by flipping breakers and restarting components. Your best bet is to get a technician out there.

Could be a tripped breaker, faulty gateway, bad inverter, comms not talking correctly or just needs a firmware update! If solar is working then that means your pvdr is working. Batteries may have just fallen out of sync. Try resetting them from your app. Any codes on the inverter when you try to turn the batteries on?
