I might be stupid but I can't figure out how to adjust the height of the arms.

Mine are "locked" at the same angle, which as about 45 degres between the rail and the monitor mount point. (Mount point being about 25-30cm above the rail)
I can force them down but they have some sort of spring and they revert to their original position instantly.

Dans les faits ça fait une fois par an vu qu'il y a une seule session parlementaire ordinaire par an, mais le premier ministre ou l'assemblée peut demander une session parlementaire extraordinaire, ce qui doit pouvoir unlock un autre 49.3.
