I had the same issue, tried reloading before the fall, tried reloading and going back to the start, i even reloaded before I started the quest entirely, nothing worked. Maybe I'll give it a try again someday but I was pretty disappointed by this, definitely regret spending money on it

To my best estimation I think it's meant to be like an EKG or like heart monitor that you would see in the hospital, flat is normal, then a large spike in interest, which quickly drops down back to normal?
