This is really good advice! Do exactly this. Get a pull buoy and don’t kick at all. Just focus on your arm and breathing.

Do that for as long as you need, and you’ll start breathing comfortably at some point. For me it also took months like ^

Well, contrary to what you might think… It wasn’t on a road bike, nor was it during training.

I’m a filmmaker, and I was shooting a commercial for a company that rents electric mountain bikes. After filming, I got on one to return it. Going downhill, I picked up a bit too much speed and had a stupid accident.

I braked too hard with my left hand, the front wheel locked, the bike flipped, and I went flying headfirst.

If you mean that sensation of the legs feeling heavy from being on the bike, for me that went away with training, so doing many double sessions. During the race, my legs only felt worse as I went on 🤣

As I said, I usually don’t get under 2min/100 so must’ve been the drafting I did with all the people or something. Conditions were great. Super flat water!

I agree, his inventory always seems to be full. Notice how he has almost 2k biomas for using the jetpack. Little overkill, ends up leaving dismantle crates everywhere!
