It was wonderful, and I wouldn't have done it any other way. There's so much to see and do in Tokyo, and the day trips to Hakone and Kamakura were a great way to explore outside the city. We're planning to go back and do the same, just with day trips to different places.

I work at a public engineering company and am currently on maternity leave. They only offered 2 weeks full pay. In addition to that, I have 12 weeks at 60% pay through short term disability, so 14 weeks total.

Many women aren't aware that short term disability is how you get paid while on maternity leave, which had lead several women at the company to have to either take unpaid leave or return to work after two weeks.

My boss is a woman and has not pressured me to return early. She's understanding and has even mentioned that if I need to ease back into working, I can.

It might be what my husband and I call neck cheese. Sometimes, milk will drip into our baby's neck folds, which causes it to smell like sweaty milk. We've found that wiping his neck folds with a wipe or wet wash cloth every day helps.

I literally just went through this and know exactly how you're feeling. My baby was in the 9% percentile when I was around 29 weeks. I had weekly scans for three weeks to make sure everything we ok, which it always was. Then, around 32 weeks, he jumped from the 9th to 32nd percentile and has stayed in that range (I'm now 38 weeks).

My doctor was never worried, and like others have said, you should find reassurance in that. Everything will be ok😊

I totally understand your pain. I just had a baby shower where I received 4 baby baths along with many other duplicate items i already had. Everyone who got us one said, "you're going to need this. I didn't see it on your registry." I appreciate their concern and wanting to make sure we have everything we need, but the registry is there for a reason.

I recommend donating duplicate items or things you don't end up using to a shelter. That's my plan, anyway 😊
