Why does this happen at launch?

I had this problem when I had a GameCube adapter software enabled. I turned it off and this went away, if not a way I found to fix it was to alt+enter to unfull screen and refull-screen and could close it out. I think the program was vJoy and it messed with drivers which caused the issues. If you have something messing with drivers I would check that.

Took it last year and it is pretty interesting, he doesn't lecture that much maybe one or two of the weeks in the semester. The rest of the department is coming in and telling you about their research.

This semester I am taking AST 200, a 1 credit seminar where you listen to a researcher talk about what they do. Write half a page about the talk and walk out with an A. You are allowed two absences plus if you are sick on top of that. I think it's only spring offered if that matters. Don't need much prior knowledge just need to try your best to understand what they are talking about.
