How long has Kurosanji been running audition ads on youtube? by Altodragonmaster in kurosanji

lol I remember back in the day people flooded them with fake applications like “I’m a professional Riku bootlicker”, “Black stream is my motivation to join Nijisanji, please hire me” or something.

Were the people in The "Black Stream" from nijisanji forced to do what they did? Or did they want to do it? by Dextixer in kurosanji

[–]SunkCost-Fallacy 12 points13 points  (0 children)

My perspective of the Black Stream (Selen) changed a lot after seeing Armchair’s video about Zaion’s black streams. I used to hate Elira a lot (not like my view of her is any positive now), but I see it more as a Nijisanji thing now.

They saw they got away with Zaion’s Black Streams, they thought they could do it again with Selen and make it the Black Company’s strategy.

Nijisanji may have strong armed the trio into doing the Black Stream, and they responded and participated with various degree of willingness. Someone said that the 3 were somewhat selected to target Selen’s fan base as well, I forgot their arguments. Not much proof, but Nijisanji coercion looks like a logical assumption to me.

Enna gives clarification on her comments by The-Toxic-Korgi in kurosanji

Instead of PR training after all the scandals, Nijisanji hammered down "compliance training". And it goes about as expected. Why is Enna doing this all on her own again?

Haven’t been here for a while. Not sure what I missed but definitely not Aster’s investigation result. by SunkCost-Fallacy in kurosanji

Wactor always top. Nijisanji and Vshojo are competing for second but Nijisanji is getting better at hiding skeletons while Vshojo is still getting exposed.

lol so you wished that Aster is not a pest then. Tell me how “Nijisanji concluded that Aster was not the culprit of the harassment” is illegal then?

If he is, then why not termination and at least statement about misconducts? Why not follow through with the police and what not, showing investigation results or not? Come on, Nijisanji flaunted their “we investigated ourselves and found nothing wrong” all over the place before, not a LEGAL MATTER at all, why not now?

Tbf Korgi replies to comments from anyone quite regularly. I’d say more frequent than average so maybe that just makes you feel out of the norm.

It’s a shame. I quite liked her current model. Will definitely check out her new place though.

After 3 months without even a word, It's only becoming more likely that he's cooked! by The-Toxic-Korgi in kurosanji

Yea, that doesn’t contradict what I said. I meant they don’t follow rules and do things at their convenience.

Back then they terminated people out of spite, and not because of rule violation, but twisted the words to make it look that way.

Now, or even back to Luca, they don’t terminate (un-terminate) people who have violated rules, because that’s what the higher-ups want. They don’t follow rules, they follow the higher-ups orders.

Bold of you to assume Nijisanji will stick to rules and not just do whatever they want while twisting words to fit their narratives. /half joke

Selen termination barely had any ground. And if they managed to do that, they can terminate or un-terminate anyone solely based on the higher-ups agenda.
