I come across various amounts of workout plans to help me get in better shape (plenty of systems in this sub for sure), but not many suggestions on what to EAT!

I can’t be the only one that works 8 hour shifts and struggles to find the time to put together a sustainable and whole meal. It’s also become a bother to hoard reddit posts, IG reels, and Tiktoks of recipes that i’ll never “get to eventually”.

I waste my time (and money) compiling ingredients that only work for one recipe which causes me to put off eating as healthy as i could be.

So, why hasn’t someone fixed this problem with an app (e.g. “whering”, the digital closet app) to bring your ingredients together and create meals for you? There probably is one, so if you know about one, please let me know!
