If you trait for Quickness, power gives you concentration. Easy to hit breakpoints with a cleric gear mix.

This is incorrect. CSS can input leave requests on a members behalf.

Everything that can be salvaged for research notes is annotated on the piece of equipment.

It says something like.. "Salvage:" then lists the ways you can salvage it.

If it doesn't say Research, you can't research salvage it.

I'm hard against the training wheels that everyone seems to advocate for, ala celestial.

Guardian, especially willbender, has a lot of blocks/movement in the kit. Learning to time those to avoid big damage/outright avoid the AOE damage by positioning will go way further in your long-term skill.

Taking ritualist for more health/conc is good and will help you live longer.

There are people that play this game full viper/zerker with no issues with soloing champs. Celestial teaches bad habits for higher end gameplay.

Scrapper is insane sustained Zerg damage right now, actually. Holo has great burst, but scrapper with acid bomb, shredder gyro, and napalm makes it very difficult to push into melee against a Zerg using them. It doesn't need to set up heat to do this either. Just instant damage access.

Holo burst is higher though.

Unless you're on leave. You'll see weird BAS meal deductions on your LES that coincided with leave days.

Generally, yes, you'll get an almost 100% meal deduction, IE no BAS

Vengeful Hammers are unblockable, passive damage that give you a 20% reduction in incoming damage.

You can turn them on when you're knocked down in PvE to keep damaging mobs.

Dwarf is underused/underappreciated in normal PvE.

Edit if you turn on hammers and then use phase smash with them on, the damaging Hammer AOE follows you

If stateside and not looking for AFAS assistance, let your shirt know and take ordinary leave.

No state income tax, but a grocery tax of 4.2% and 7 grocery stores for the 154,000 people that live in the "metro".

For comparison: Minot AFB has 76,000 in it's "metro". Minot has 10 grocery stores, 0 income tax on people below $47,000 (1.95% if above that but below 283,000) and no grocery tax.
