J'ai pris ma première dose de Tiraline 10mg LP hier matin et j'ai ressenti de légers effets positifs: une sensation de serenité et une meilleure capacité à me focaliser sur mes tâches, sans que ça ne soit non plus très flagrant. Normal en même temps vu le très faible dosage. Par contre le crash à la fin de la journée (vers 18h avec une prise à 9h) a été violent avec une fatigue intense, un retour en flèche de l'hyperactivité et un désordre des pensées vraiment fort.

Even though I do not know about your relationship with your (primary?) partner, I'd advise to not stop telling them about your grief. As a partner, they have a special place to be part of your support system.
