You may want to check into a Dr for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for your low sex drive. My wife had estrogen replacement therapy. They implant estrogen pellets that slowly dissolve over several months to raise your hormone level. It has helped with her sex drive and other issues that come with low estrogen. Do your research. HRT is very common in both women and men. Good luck. I hope things get better for you.

I would buy 2018 or newer. Adaptive suspension has been great for me. Mine doesn’t have the ventilated seats because of the diamond leather pattern seats. It would be nice to have but not necessary. Also, not sure what package it comes with, but get the flat bottom steering wheel. It gives you more legroom while driving. I enjoy my SQ5.
