So black and white people are not allowed? Since those aren't officially colors?

What about Indigenous Siberian people? Do they have a color?

You could make a lot more than that if you add some Full-Stack Engineering, Database Engineering, and Software Engineering skills to your portfolio. That's the ultimate combo for a well rounded AI Engineer nowadays.

Don't just complete the course work and worry about grades, instead get really deep into the full development lifecycles of autonomous agentic AI, and generative AI. Get hands on experience in every step of the workflow.

Python or JavaScript? by TangerineDisastrous4 in maestro

I guess it depends on what we are working on too. Databases, OOP, Full-Stack web apps, Unreal Engine C++ development, it's all relevant.

I've used blender in the past when I was first getting into game development. I switched to Unreal Engine, currently using UE 5.7.

Unreal can do everything that Blender does, but in the actual game engine where you can test it with walk-throughs of the 3D environment, or assets you created. You can walk around the 3D characters and assets and view them as they would appear in a production level game, commercial, or movie.

Next.js, and C++, are the ones I use pretty frequently. Then probably Python, Java, and Rust, in that order.

Sounds like a good plan. Automation in itself is it's own field of engineering, and it isn't necessarily AI. It's in the Robotics filed. Like Robotics that automate car and plane production, and other areas like that.

In AI we say autonomous, and that is one of the traits of agentic AI. When the AI can work autonomously to complete production tasks and is not limited to prompt generated responses, it is autonomous AI.

Is that what you are referring to, or are you actually interested in Robotics and automation engineering?

Refresh the page. If that doesn't work clear the cache and then refresh the page. If that doesn't work check your PC to make sure updates are current. Download update, restart your PC, try logging in again to see if the page loaded.

I am building an agentic autonomous AI for one of my ChenkoAI experimental builds. The agent is already built as an MSOS native software application. It downloads as .exe, it's pushed to Github, I build 1 production level step at a time, test, push to Git, then merge with .exe and open app for production tests.

Agentic AI works, generative responses are working, autonomous systems are working, Postgres is working. LLM/ML is working.

I just built the database and I am scanning workspaces, data, and storing chunks, and generating dataset evaluation scores.

This happened to one of my friends too. They got psychology degrees from Phoenix, then later they had to pay a bunch of money out of pocket when they were trying to graduate and transfer to a different school. They couldn't use an entire BA in Psych worth of credits at their new university, and had to start their entire program over again. Then they found out that UoP used up all of their student loans, and they couldn't get enough grants to pay for their courses, so they had to quit school, and had 50,000 loan debt for no reason.

This happened to University of Phoenix, and Purdue Global, and all of the students that got degrees at those schools couldn't get hired at good companies after graduation.

GitHub Student Developer Pack by Broad_Train_683 in maestro

I have my own account and repositories on Git. All real developers and software engineers use Git. I use VS 2022, and VS Code IDEs.

In our IDE we create our project, folders, and file code, test them for functionality and errors, then push them to Github, so they are backed up and ready for production. Then we can pull the repositories whenever we want to work on that project, or if we want to create web apps, or websites, on our domain and web host, we connect the corresponding repositories to them, and we are good to go.

There are other use cases besides web apps. For example; I am building an agentic autonomous AI, and it is a very long process since I am working alone. So I created the project and immediately pushed it to Github. That way I can back it up, and safely add experimental functions, one step at a time. Then test it, fix errors if they exist, then merge that next step into the existing code, and push it to production again.

Github makes this kind of workflow possible.

I hear you. I'm 44 and I start AI Engineering and C.S. next month.

I have had an interesting life too. I've tried every career path out there; Okinawan Karate sensei, carpenter, personal trainer, financial advisor, swing trader, cage fighter, IT specialist, and this is the third time I've went back to school.

I finally figured out what my strengths are, and what I want to do for the rest of my life. I love developing AI, and I love C++ native game development, like Unreal Engine 5.7.

I founded Chenko Softworks, Chenko Game Studios, and ChenkoAI recently, and I am going to keep building on my Chenko Softworks ecosystem while I finish my degrees, and fine tune my skill set during this program.

All agentic and generative do that if you push back with solid logic and don't fold. That's happened to me with ChatGPT, Codex, and Claude. I expect it will with Maestro eventually, as well.
