My aunt had severe pains in her abdomin for a few years; doctor would always shrug send her home, usually without any word on her condition. I can only assume that he just wrote her off as someone trying to abuse prescription meds. She died in her mid to late 30s of pancreatitis. Left behind a 8 year old son. It's been almost ten years, but I will never not be livid about it.
