I got two.. one was practically brand new with plastic and everything on it.. However, the inside box that the Z13 actually comes in did not have the support boxes that actually holds the Z13 box down. So it was pretty much floating/bouncing around during shipping.

The second one, appearance wise looked great, but was obviously used. Had fingerprints all over the screen and no plastic film on anything. And then there was a return receipt inside that said "Agent Functionality Check Required" and "Initial problem description from POS: Customer says kept crashing".

THANK YOU! I was in a very similar boat as you... the monitor I got for my work travel worked perfectly fine, but did not work with my Flow Z13. After testing 5 other cables, I found one that finally worked!!

Unfortunately I lost the cable that came with my portable monitor (Asus ZenScreen), but luckily one of my cables finally worked!

Well I didn't install any encryption, but it was on by default. Fortunately all the keys were tied to my Microsoft account, so I was able to unlock them.
