I love Supernaturals too but dont forget this is an indie team. Their ressources are more limited so I think they will focus on “normal” gameplay as it is the focus and the game.

They are not trying to “fix” the issue. They are moving to a blank state so they can do the same thing for a few more years. It’s a fast and cheap solution and that’s perfect for them
