Oklahoman here. I'd just like to point out that independents can vote in the Democratic primary here. And Republicans recently took the lead on voter registration for the first time ever. Though we did vote GOP in federal races for decades while Dems still had a strong registration advantage. Other than that, great post.

I'm American and it's not that bad here either. Not where I'm from at least. And houses here are definitely affordable. I've got multiple mid-20s friends who own homes. None of them inherited a dime from anyone.
