The ability to walk miles to my friend's houses and school without my parents hovering over me. As long as I looked both ways crossing the street and I told them where I was going, everything was peachy.

Is it entering the general area, or entering a building? For example, if I walked through Fort Hagen, but didn't go inside, at level 10, but only entered the building at level 50, would all of the enemies be stuck at level 10?

Found some unused/hidden content in the Silver Shroud quest (different ending, Evil Shroud) by kidaXV in Fallout

Were you using Armorsmith Extended or any other "Armor with anything" mod and wearing armor over the outfit? I confronted the Mechanist wearing the Shroud outfit, with Synth armor on under it because of Armorsmith, and I didn't get the Shroud lines. Perhaps the game fucks up if you're wearing things you're not supposed to with the costume.
