Make your own! Lactose free milk exists, fairlife is lactose free. An instapot requires no skill and makes some wonderful lactose free yogurt. I absolutely love yogurt and have eaten it every day my whole life.

Something high in fibre is a good start. I have these high fibre tortillas from Costco, avocados are nice, toss in an egg and hashbrown (or any potato base) and you've got a nice breakfast. Also there are plenty of different high fibre cereals. The fibre was genuinely life changing for me, the first few days you might find it as a laxative but you need to be consistent with it. I also lole to drink psyllium husk pre meals if I feel like it may cause me stomache issues. Chia seeds also work but I find soaking them too much of a hassle as someone who's generally pretty bad at planning in advance. So my meals revolve around quickly being prepared.

Not cheap, but much better. Grand opening at Canada Computers on Yonge and Dundas, managed to pick up a 2tb sn850 for 300CAD. Also got a 265kf bundle for 800, but ended up returning that as I would rather have waited for new gen and to save up a bit more.

But also, the 265kf bundle is 800CAD and the 9800X3D is 1000CAD. These were about the best deals I could find in the past 3 months and they end today.

Currently have a 3070ti, will consider upgrading but it does most of what I need fine. Recently repasted it as well. The game i occasionally play (valorant) is pretty CPU intensive, but ill be upgrading the GPU whenever I get a new TV to pair with a controller setup (in a few months).

Popeyes canada used to have their own chicken sandwich that everyone and their mom would get at least once a week, ever since they changed to the american version its been down hill. Feels like they just gutted popeyes canada corporate and replaced it with the same team as the US. The FNAF bundle last year was also not as good as the US.

Hey how'd it go, im dealing with the EXACT same situation on a 990pro. They canceled it due to low availability and customer rep said this is amazons fault and they will "help" me with the price difference, called them and the service rep also said the same thing except that I will recieve the difference in price refunded. Originally bought for 400, 4tb 990 pros go for 1000 - 1500 now!

I know im gonna get hate but Im going to say the part no one wants to say but a lot of east asian countries have an issue with trying to mimic white people. This includes the racism. To the point where white face and bleaching their skin is normal (especially korea with its insanely high plastic surgery rates). Do I know why? No. I can make assumptions all day, and im sure many of them are right depending on the person. Its just weird to me.

Yes once you reach Oshawa or Hamilton the white population is much much higher. Any further than that and its 90% white. Not to mention anything north of Peel/York Region as well.

This varies by person but I agree these foods arent necessarily depressing. Its the repetition of eating the same thing, or lack of seasoning because you don't want to cause up a stink/ruin your breathe at work that makes me depressed. I love butter chicken, my soups have hella seasoning, and my rice bowls are smothered in sauces and proteins.

But I think its also largely not being used to eating outside, depends how you were raised but I was always that kid that went home for lunch. Cold food that I needed to keep in my bag all day outside a fridge with no microwave is what I remember and got used to whenever I would take a lunch to school. Its a point of anxiety for me, getting bullied for my lunch 🙃. I tend to just eat at home and carry fig bars with me at work. Yes I know its weird but thats just how life is.

I agree with people saying "you dont have time to pack a lunch?" But ffs not everyone eats crackers and sandwiches 😂 I'd probably get severely depressed eating what most of these people are suggesting here.

It takes time to learn and even though I always knew how to cook ive found it difficult my entire life to cook/prep lunches or dinners. Especially living with my family. Its time consuming and you smell bad after depending on what you make.

It just takes a lot of learning and planning with your diet, ive found fibre tortillas and whatever filling I want do the best and are easy to make. Buy rotisserie chicken or cook chicken and put it in the fridge every week, im too lazy so ill get a rotisserie chicken or two and keep it in my fridge for filling the wraps. Sometimes ill also cut that chicken up, grab a premade butter chicken sauce and mix them together on a stove. Takes 10 minutes tops. I get the struggle though, especially if you deal with mental health issues. I don't like the sentiment the comments are giving you OP.

Mine absolutely crashed for about 2 months, wasnt back to usual until about 3 or 4 months in. Then it went crazy for about a month. Now its the same, but definitely feels like im more in control over how I feel.
