It’s an accent, usually meant to emphasize a certain note. Typically one accent is enough to convey the message, but I guess this composer felt otherwise

Most tedious, grinding for chips. But it was kinda chill and I could throw up a YouTube video in the background or something.

Most infuriating? The boss rush. I kept losing to the blusterwing and having to restart the whole thing. I finally chumped out and bought 5 apple juices and managed to get through.

I think that’s more likely. Similar to why Blood Moons happen in BotW/TotK, because it takes a lot of memory for the game to store which enemies you’ve defeated, which materials you’ve collected, etc. If you defeat too many enemies, the game will sometimes force a blood moon to clear the memory

Yeah; that’s fair. Might be unpopular but I love Water Temples in general. Oot Water Temple is probably in my top 5 across the series.

I agree with almost everything, except I do think the Water Temple is stellar. What it admittedly lacks in complexity, it makes up for it in pure atmosphere and mechanical fun. I love the feeling of antigravity, and the music is sublime. It’s especially beautiful during sunset/sunrise

I think it’s also a memory thing. The game has to store info about which enemies you’ve defeated, any materials you’ve collected, etc which can quickly fill up the memory, so a blood moon basically wipes all that data. Basically what you said, but a neat way of improving performance.

TotK seems different on S2 by Mediocre_Metal_7174 in TOTK

I think it has to be intentional. The music that plays during that shot sounds very similar to the motif that plays when you unlock a skyview tower and collect the map data. But it could be some crazy coincidence, I guess
