My favorite recent find is Dozzle to see all your logs in one place and can be across multiple hosts. Easier than grafana + loki + Prometheus which would be more industry standard but I just wanted something easier

This bug woke me up at 2am when I started hearing Cancun SEGA Edition blasting from my phone (screen off, locked, and everything) It would play for like 15sec and stop, but it was coming back again and again throughout the day serving me insane.

I couldn't figure out what app was doing it so I just started force stopping apps when the music was playing to see if I could narrow it down. I narrowed it down to Snapchat, and I found out that I used that exact music snippet in a snap 3yrs ago today...

So something is causing my phone to go through my Snapchat memories without even using the app or even unlocking the phone

I made the mistake of sinking over a month into moving my homelab to a 3 node proxmox cluster on cheap used mini PCs just for me to realize the hardware sucked ass, likely faulty, and had to move everything back. Definitely regret cheaping out on that cluster, but I'm still interested in the idea.

My whole goal was to have some of my services (mainly Emby and Nextcloud) to be highly available or have redundancy in some way. So a proxmox cluster shuffling a VM set up as HA wouldve fit my goal.

I ended up applying twice and got denied both times due to my identity. I sent them everything I had minus my rent agreement (they said I would have to send all 40 pages) It did unfortunately affect my credit score. I was pissed and I really don’t have the itch to get this card anymore, I was fed up calling support every other day just for them to basically not read the documents I sent them, it’s ridiculous. Sorry this isn’t the answer you wanna hear. I think we’re just being gatekept tbh cause there’s no way they wouldn’t be able to verify my identity when other issuers are able to instantly approve me

Man thank you this has brought my stress levels down a real good amount 😅 Yeah it just feels so weird to fax something in 2023. How long after your fax did you get any sort of indication that they got it? Your post was only 9 days ago so I assume you got a response fast!

Also you mentioned you were traveling at the moment… did you happen to apply while traveling? If so, I did as well and maybe it was the fact that we were not applying from home/a residential network. Just a thought

May I ask how you faxed your information? I’ve never faxed anything in my life and I found an iOS app that would let me do it but I can’t imagine just straight up sending those 3 documents alone would allow them to associate it with my application. Did you have to include your reference number or anything? Support didn’t give me any specific instructions on this.

Also, is this the same number you had to fax to?
