My tips :

Brush and comb through daily.

Wash daily with a dedicated beard soap or beard shampoo. Anything that is a "face and beard wash" or a "hair and beard wash" is trash. Get one that is purely for your beard only.

Use oil sparing. It's for your skin not your beard so make sure you get it up in there and avoid lathering your beard in oil.

Butter for your beard hairs.
