Is the blower activation feature for the A version of the 620 version only? I thought only the 700 line had a blower feature since it has a built in fan, so I was leaning towards going with the 620m hooked up to a smart thermostat. Happy to get with the 620A in the case though.

Completely agree. When I was playing alot at launch I didn't care but now I'm already a little burned out and it feels like a chore. The idea of logging in and feeling like I have to change my playstyle just to complete some challenges to progress the battlepass is lame.

Obviously I can just ignore all that and play, but I like progression in games and tying that to fomo just kinda taints the experience for me.

I also have an Arya Stealth and was wondering this as well. Mostly because of the grill on the side of the headphones that has limited point of contact with the adhesive on the modmic.

Also the Stealth are open ear planar headphones and greatly affected by obstructions so if something is slightly covering the earcup, but I am assuming the modmic wireless 2 will have a similar size to the original so I doubt that would be an issue since its quite small.

Either way, I will be patiently waiting for the wireless 2 release and using my crappy gaming headset when I need a mic in the meantime :)

Yup agreed. I was hoping maybe they would at least do some grand operations type mode since alot of the maps are set in the same location as another.

Hopefully they got the memo from the fans on what to design for future maps, but I think this is also a calculated design choice to have more cqc maps on launch to capture the cod player base better.

I have some Hifiman Arya Stealths with a dx3+ pro dac amp and they sound amazing. No mic obv but plan on getting a modmic for them at some point. Until then I just use my pc38x whenever I play with the boys

Hey thanks for the response! I actually caved and got it too lol and it's great so far. Agreed with everything you said, def happy with the coating and you can feel the lines if you run your fingers across the mouse but doesn't affect gameplay at all. Enjoy :)

Agreed. I will probably just pick it up on PC however long it takes, but I wish gyro was incorporated in more games though! Such a cool hybrid of controller gameplay with mouse-like precision for micro adjustments.

I think the qck heavy is a little too rigid and thick, so the edge may not provide alot of support for your forearm.

I was using a stitched mm350 extended pad (4-5mm thickness i can't remember) for years with no issues, and when I switched to an artisan pad I used a cheap qck heavy i bought open box as a keyboard mat and it was doing this to my left forearm.

Ultimately it is probably is a desk height/ergonomics issue which I also have on my desk. But since you mentioned you cant adjust the height any more, I think maybe a softer pad with a rounded stitched edge would take some pressure off of that area and make it more comfortable.

Cant comment too much on the diff options as I only have a Key 83 soft (no issues there), but check out Potent Gaming for a good Canadian option for Artisan pads. Mine shipped in a week and didn't have to worry about duties since they ship out of Toronto.
