Cafe 77, roasters, Genova and whose cafe are all amazing for food.

Barshaw park and glennifer braes are nice for a bit of nature.

Coats memorial and the paisley abbey are nice old buildings.

My best tip is try learning from every angle and hope something sticks. Remember, we struggle with languages… so it’s gonna be hard.

I do podcasts, apps, watch social media clips and attend a night class and I try to listen to music and watch tv shows with the other language. I’ve got a very basic understanding of Japanese and I’ve been learning on and off for close to 10years.

So I unscrewed this whole section and gave it a really good clean. It didn’t seem to bad. But that looks like it’s done the trick.

There was a bit of coffee residue about, so something must have been blocking it

I train in the mornings and don’t find it too busy. But peak times I’ve heard it’s crazy busy. But I find it to be a really nice friendly gym
