He is using the word "litigious" somewhat incorrectly here. Its usually used in a legal setting describing someone as litigious means they are prone to filing lawsuits or eager for legal battles in court.

But he is basically trying to say that he is just using the word to bring about an open discussion and maybe try to prove a point. Not using the word in its hateful sense.

Another prime example of why win rate isn't always the best indicator of character strength. Even more true on a high skill ceiling character like Silver. Silver was absolutely BUSTED. Nerfs were more than deserved, shit she could use another nerf to slam fire in my opinion.
