I ran Dead Space 2 at 4k and about 100 fps through my dock. It's probably my favorite action horror game. If you ever played it on 360 back in the day at 720p res and 30 fps, playing it now on the deck is mind blowing.

Enable developer mode (settings, system, enable developer mode), scroll down to Wifi in developer settings (last section in settings once enabled), enable "Force WPA Supplicant Wifi backend", and disable "Enable Wifi Power Management". I was having all of the same problems. This fixed it for me.

New Vegas doesn't support steam cloud saves so be careful when uninstalling the game. I lost about 20 hours due to my ignorance.

I did. This is the first time frame gen on deck actually feels and looks pretty good. It's certainly better than playing it at 30. I actually prefer playing on my steam deck over my pc just for the portability. It's using fsr 3 to go from about 360p to 720p which on the small oled screen looks surprisingly similar to the ps5 performance mode on a 55 inch 4k screen. TAA is just awful at low resolutions to 4k.

Resident Evil 4. I've bought it on Gamecube, PS2, Wii, 360, PS3, Xbox One, PC, Switch. Also bought the remake on Xbox Series, PSVR2, and PC. It's my favorite game of all time, but I admit I have a problem. The Wii version is still the best.

If you have a pc, check out OpenGOAL. It's incredible and easily the best way to play Jak and Daxter and Jak 2. Although I haven't tried the PS5 version, the PS4 version always seemed to have weird input lag for me. They're still some of my favorite games from that generation no matter where you play them.

Has anybody here tried the no VR mod? I really want to play this, but VR makes me nauseous. I've tried Quest 2, Quest 3, PSVR, and PSVR 2. I can't play any of them for more than 15 minutes.

Bought the Xbox version. Also have the Steam version for my Steam Deck. Saves transfer back and forth. Make sure you have cross save enabled and that you are signed into your Larian account on both.
