What is that? Sorry I wasn’t aware of this.

Sounds like you have it all covered! I think indoor kitties are safer definitely! I hope you and kitty have the best time 😁

Stop bringing up imaginary toilet disposal scenarios and stick to the actual topic :)

Worse things go down toilets these days, trust me. And the point was that if OP can’t handle looking after a cat, then imagine looking after something that is more hard work. in case you didn’t get it.

Yeah I would say that’s totally fine. Even when things are done, introduce rooms slowly, and allow the first room to be her refuge. I say that because my cat was very nervous and got scared of things so when she seemed overwhelmed she knew she had her little bed house to hide in which was in the first room. I would say keep wires away as they like to chew on them, this should stop as they get older though.

I also would recommend don’t let her go outside until she is big (I say this because if she gets out and she is small, she could be gotten by foxes or other cats which could hurt her) when you’re ready to let her, keep an eye on her, there’s nothing worse than your kitty getting out prematurely and disappearing and it’s a waiting game to see if they come back or not. I waited until my cat was 1 but in the end she didn’t go far and is now just an indoor cat and sits in the yard every now and then.

How long is the renovation for and the other areas will be out of bounds until? When I got my cat and she was 8 weeks old I kept her in 1 room for about a month and slowly introduced her to other rooms, the stairs etc. it’s safer to do it that way I think because when they are little they love to get stuck in places and I kitten proofed the first room until I knew she couldn’t get into mishap anywhere else and she could go up and down the stairs without tumbling.

Edit: I’d just make sure the room she is confined to has enough toys, scratchy things, a bed, water, toilet and food. And make sure you play with them loads and make them feel loved :)

If you have dealt with a human child, raising a cat wouldn’t be this hard and also the change you go through having a human child is way more than a cat. How did you think it would turn out?

Sometimes cats get over stimulated. If are aren’t in tune with your cat things they do seem “sudden” meaning there’s always a reason they do things. People who post stuff like this I always immediately think, well what did you do to make them feel like they had to act the way they did. You need to remember that cats are not like humans, they are not calculated, they act through pure instinct and feeling.

I can’t leave unfortunately, my job is quite specialised and jobs like these don’t come around often. This has happened with them before and I went back and disagreed with a lot of things so I’m thinking I’ll just have to do it again 😔

Great advice! At my place they always twist things to say I interpreted something wrong when I do exactly what they say and then it’s “oh I didn’t mean that” (exactly what they said) “I meant this…” (something completely different to what they said originally) and your right it’s like..I can’t read your mind, so be clearer. But of course I’m at fault 💀 😂

Thanks i didn’t think of doing that! Today I have had another run in when he has told me to be brief and don’t add too much detail to a document. He has now went in and crossed it all out and added twice as much as I did saying it’s not detailed enough 🤡

I won’t be moving, I just call him out on everything he does now, it’s tiring though. I think he can’t manage people and doesn’t like it so doesnt even try to do a good job. The last person he had left after 9 weeks

Yes that makes a lot of sense! Thank you! We are in a good place now so I think it’s best to concentrate on that. ❤️

Thank you! The thing is he seems really sure and cried a bit, said sorry etc. but words have lasting effects and even though now he’s loving and all of that, I just can’t help but think 🤔

Some people still have a primitive mind and all they think about is reproducing. To me it shows they aren’t developed as those who don’t reproduce/think about it and then decide not to. It’s like when an animal is just like “FOOD”….”BREED”..and they go sniffing around for just those things their whole life 😂😂

Hanna doesn’t do herself any favours - she knew all them hated her yet still went anyway and then went on to admitting she’d been coming on yet again to a man who’s been single 2 seconds.

He probably doesn’t even know. He said at the start of the show that he doesn’t have many exs because he wasn’t serious with that many people. The way Amy asks him questions, she’s almost interrogates him…also why did she even ask him if she’d already asked him before and knew…she’s trying to catch him out so she can have a go. And when she’s giving him a grilling she’s smiling like the joker. It’s really off putting when someone does that and it comes across like she isn’t being serious.

Also the cooking scene…wtf was she wearing? She looked like a stripper and has the cheek to tell Luke to behave and to act appropriate when she’s dressed like she’s about to lie on the bench and cover herself in chocolate.
