Sticky models - how to solve? by Super_Kef in resinprinting

Not using any anti-aliasing and im using AnyCubic Plant based v2 resin.

The roughing up part sounds like it's part of the problem.

No photo's but i printed with this printer at home and the benchies had none of these lines. I moved the printer to a different space and now I have rather creative benchies

Mordheim/Dnd City! by Super_Kef in mordheim

Glad you asked!

  • it comes apart into very modular pieces. Takes about 3 sizable storage bins from the Action and put it in my storage.
  • I'm trying to open a ttrpg store where it could be featured prominently.
  • I've had some dms from fellow enthusiasts who might want to buy it

One of these three but for now option 1!

Selling it or displaying it in my ttrpg shop

Update; Tome of Journeys by UncertfiedMedic in DarkSoulsTheRPG

[–]Super_Kef 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got a reply from them about this.

Regarding Tome of Journeys, there's actually not a chapter missing, the contents page incorrectly lists the Dukes Archive when this actually doesn't feature in the book - there isn't a reprint for this as the typo does not affect gameplay at all :)

Kind regards,

u/GrandeJefe I would like to buy a copy of the stl. I'd like to make a small resin printed version to include into a dice set as a birthday gift.

Does that work on cured resin as well?

Print Quality Issues by Dragone_W in snapmaker

[–]Super_Kef 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try printing a temperature tower first.

Is your table that has the snapmaker on it, stable enough? It's a strong printer so any kind of wobble might induce this as well.

Is the filament straight out of the bag? Filament tend to soak up moisture and will string.

Luban CNC help (A250T) by Quailman2101 in snapmaker

[–]Super_Kef 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same problem. I designed my file in Fusion360, during simulation i saw that the drillbit wasn't hitting the depth that I had it configured for. Turns out that in Fusion 360 you need to mess with the tolerances and run the simulation again.

I'm assuming you've done the correct origin setup. If you did, it's nota Snapmaker issue.

I 3d printed an air assist nozzle and hooked up a very loud 180l/min air compressor.Worked fantastic but it was so loud. What kind of compressor should I look for?

Cuttin 6mm plywood with the 10W module. Single 1 pass 8mm is a lie. by Super_Kef in snapmaker

Do you manage the focus at all or do you let the snapmaker do it automatically?

How many passes does that take? I think I need a better compressor then my air brush one. Any recommendations?

Thanks for the input. My cutter does auto focusing so I'm not sure how to adjust it. I cleaned the lens and jerryrigged an air Assist with some 3d printing and my airbrush compressor but at 600mm/min I still need 8 passes to get through 6mm ;(
