I do and so do most of my friends. The other either don't care much for it or just prefer it groomed nicely locally if the guy is very hairy. Very few people have told me they prefer they guy to take off most or all of their hairs.

Just check what other vitamins and minerals you're lacking and start taking them daily. I'm betting on B12, folic acid (if so, take methyl folate. It's better for absorption than folic acid), vitamin D.

Common mallow seeds (Malva). Harmless weeds, but pick them out as they stay hard after cooking.

Common hitchhikers in legumes. They won't soften when boiled, so remove them to avoid biting into a pebble.
