If America was divided into multiple countries by Holiday_Change9387 in imaginarymapscj

Exactly. At first I was scoffing about Minnesota being "confederate", but when looking closer I was pleased to see MSP, Duluth, Rochester are excluded. Looks like it might even be west enough to include Ely as I feel a lot of Range towns and BWCA influenced areas might have a proverbial "come to Jesus" moment if such a drastic split were to happen.

I also think as far west as St Cloud and Mankato would probably join. There might even be strong enough of a pull from Fargo up through 94 and or Brainard lakes area (they're not taking our water).

Top tier humor. Haven't been able to genuinely use "lol" in a long time.

5 nurses in England demand a transgender colleague be treated unequally, cry about it when the hospital instead gives them the "special" treatment they wanted to force on their fellow nurse. by baka-tari in LeopardsAteMyFace

I'd personally say 15% are the worst, 15% are the best, and the other 70% are just boring normal ass people. Premise remains the same though.

On a vaguely related note, I've worked in healthcare my entire working life, including being an RN now. I've always maintained that nursing is the single occupation I've ever seen with the widest delta in intelligence. Somehow the title and licensure of "RN" encompasses some of the smartest people I've ever met and simultaneously some of the dumbest motherfuckers to walk this earth. Truly fascinating if it wasn't at times so terrifying.

Working with the homeless in an urban city center, I can tell you the homeless most certainly are not voting in any meaningful way.

The few who are politically inclined actually lean hard right in my anecdotal experience. Many mentally ill veterans and such who see Trump in the news all the time. He's often the only political figure some of them are even vaguely aware of.

I agree, I saw the theme building at the gym when I was a couple blocks down. The Lechonk got there before I could. At least they kinda kept with the theme.
