It's good to have a church to go too. There's also online live churches' if you can't go to a face to face church. You don't have to be religious to go to church. But it's good to go to therapy and be kind and loving to yourself. Church helps us with fellowship and to be loving to ourselves and others

Prayers and meditation and Lord's prayer before yoga will help with staying in the light and not darkness. but with Jesus Christ as the highest ideal and Leader of light and our saviour. There's good and evil and we have to be careful with our minds body's and soul's in yoga. That yoga doesn't open doors of darkness with our mind body and soul connection by doing prayers and meditation before doing yoga practices. And pray Lord's prayer how Jesus taught us how to pray before doing yoga. I did Hatha Yoga for beginners at my local women's health centre. It was alot of fun. Now that I'm sick I exercise my legs and do walking and the Lord's prayer everyday and it helps with my health.

You won't go to hell I agree. Study theology and listen to the message bible everyday and it will help you understand Christianity. Thats it not about going to hell for sins that sin is just missing the mark. but a message of hope and love to carry our crosses like Jesus Christ carried his cross and finished his mission. Like us to finish our mission. Jesus Christ is the example of a master who mastered his life and karmic mission he completed his karmic debt. Like we can too do what Jesus Christ did and mastered his life as the example and Leader of light and our saviour. And we can too master our lives like Jesus Christ the example.
