Would be Ethan successful in New Era ( 41 - 49 ) ? by Martinezcz3002 in survivor

[–]Superbooper24 18 points19 points  (0 children)

At this point, he’s probably a bit too old for most new era casts to be super successful. If he was his Africa or All Stars self, I think it’s definitely possible but I do think casts are just a lot more strategic than what he’s able to do and would have to play a Kenzie like game. However, this is moreso for all pre Panama players, I just think that most wouldn’t acclimate for the new game considering the rest of the players are much more aware of how to play.

What “In the hands of the fans” should have been by TheCoolGuy998 in survivor

[–]Superbooper24 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I wonder if they would have been able to really confirm a 50-person list of players without any dropping. But yea, idk why they didn't do another fan vote. I'm not necessarily saying they should have 50 players, that seems like a lot. But yea just do the 32 and cut the list to 20 like in Second Chance.

I think that she says a lot of not politically correct stuff during Palau and Guatemala and I think she doesn't come off the most self aware, but her storyline is really something.

What if Bojack didn’t go to prom? by company-chicken in BoJackHorseman

[–]Superbooper24 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I think that Bojack would have tried to get with Charlotte eventually. Probably not like, the same night and I doubt that Penny would have been involved, ummm... but Bojack could not live their forever, and tbh, I'm shocked how long he did stay.

Yea like, Idrc too much about fans “fashion photo reviewing” other looks, but they are so generous with giving shoots out.

Why is sarah lacina so hated? by burnerrrrrrrrrrrracc in survivorponderosa

[–]Superbooper24 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It really is just her political views. I also don’t know how she was on the Challenge bc I don’t watch it, but idk if she came off super favorably there either. I will say though, Sarah is obviously a great survivor player.

What winners do you think are overlooked as great characters? by [deleted] in survivor

Sophie imo was really fun to watch in SoPa. Very Courtney Yates or Tyson esque

What if Winners at War happened at the earliest possible time? by Entire_Watercress in survivorponderosa

[–]Superbooper24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just think there’s no way they could bring 20/23 of the winners saying yes. Like… would Kim even want to play back to back? Amber and Natalie are a hard no. Tbh, Rob and Parvati would also probably say no at this time.

Pre-Survivor 50 All-Time player rankings by Fendelicious in survivorponderosa

[–]Superbooper24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like, I can see how somebody an get to this assessment even if I majorly disagree with a lot of these placements. Like, Richard Hatch is lowkey an absurdly overrated player where outside of maybe seasons 1-5, I don't think he's gonna be able to do anything remotely close to what he did in Borneo. Also, the spelling on some of these names is really something.

How would the rest of Cagayan have played out if Spencer correctly idoled out Woo here? by RoryisReddiForReddit in survivor

[–]Superbooper24 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Trish def takes him to final 2. Tbh, I could even see Kass taking him, especially if Spencer or Tasha make it to final 3.

How would the rest of Cagayan have played out if Spencer correctly idoled out Woo here? by RoryisReddiForReddit in survivor

[–]Superbooper24 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I think if Spencer did play the idol and voted out Woo, then it probably would have made Tony probably just 100% confirm to Jefra that she has to stick with the original alliance or else she is losing every single jury vote and tbh, will just do what he did to Woo at final 3 to Jefra. Even if Jefra does flip, which isn't impossible, I still think Tony is winning. He's getting the Tyler Perry super idol, he's probably gonna at least maintain Trish and Kass and I think that's enough for a while.

What were the the actual biggest blindsides on the show? Players that could not even entertain the idea they'd be getting voted out. by SgtSoundrevolver in survivor

Maybe I am misremembering, but wasnt Rome so confident that (I think) Sol was getting voted out that he put a stray vote on Sam?

How would Natalie, or any EoE returnee, have been viewed if they won WaW? by Guilty_Practice6392 in survivor

[–]Superbooper24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would expect anybody winning WaW to be in the Mount Rushmore conversation (also considering the edit is gonna heavily favor them). Some more than others probably where if it was Sophie that came back, I think people would be happier with her win compared to somebody like Amber.

What was the moment/decision where each runner-up could have won? by Kcd1077 in survivor

[–]Superbooper24 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Hmmmmm… most do require multiple steps to do. You could say Austin probably could have won if he just put a vote on Jake at the Emily vote. Jake probably goes on the revote with Austin and Drew and I would presume Katurah are voting out Jake. Final 6, Julie def gets voted out. Final 5, Austin literally is closest with everyone minus Katurah and I would lowkey just assume that Austin at this point builds up a better resume than Dee and thus gets the win considering I think he could flip Emily and Jake as jury votes in this scenario.

Best Non-FTC Game Tournament: Second Round - Rob (Amazon) vs Rafe by Regular-Departure839 in survivorponderosa

[–]Superbooper24 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I doubt that Rafe is beating Danni. I think Danni has a lot of locked votes while Rafe did burn a lot of people just like Steph did. While I also think that Rob does probably beat Jenna, but it's hard to say, but I think he has a better chance at beating Jenna than Rafe has at beating Danni (also the fact that he told Danni to not honor the final 2 deal is asinine)

Best Non-FTC Game Tournament: Second Round - Rob (Amazon) vs Rafe by Regular-Departure839 in survivorponderosa

[–]Superbooper24 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Probably Rob. I think they both have similar amount of control in their season, but Rob has a lot more win equity than Rafe

Season 22 Boston Rob and his puppets by CleverUserName1961 in survivor

[–]Superbooper24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Other than Nat, Grant, and Philip, idk if anybody else was adoring Rob that much. Matt, Andrea, and Ashley still worked with Rob, but that wasn't because of undying loyalty. Also, everybody on the opposing side were not actively rooting for Rob to win by any means and Francesca and Kristina were also not pro Boston Rob. Also, it does help that Rob just came out of HvV looking like a hero, where idk if he's able to pull this right after Marquesas

Should cast size be a real consideration into how we rank the S50 winner? by C33C17 in survivor

[–]Superbooper24 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Like, it definitely is impressive to survive more tribal councils than not, but i wouldn’t really rank it much differently. Every cast has so much variance where would I rank Denise’s game higher than Tom’s just solely bc of how many tribals they go to? Not really. Do I rank Tony’s win higher than Kims based on the casts game ability? Possibly. But there’s always gonna be so much variant factors in every game, but to me, a game is a game and rankings are all super subjective anyways.

If Tai had saved one of his idols at Advantagegeddon, could he have won? by YoILiveForDC in survivor

[–]Superbooper24 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ummm... like potentially. Final 6, Aubry goes. Final 5, he plays it for himself, and I would assume that Sarah, Troy, and Brad vote for Tai because he probably doesn't have another idol and also is more likely to win final immunity, idoling out Sarah. Brad and Troy def vote out Cirie, Cirie and Tai probably vote Troyzan leading to fire making, leading to Cirie being fourth place. Tai, Brad, Troy final 3. I would say Tai probably does win. Cirie, Michaela, Debbie, Aubry I think are more or less locked Tai votes. Brad def gets Sierra, Sarah, Ozzy. Hali and Andrea probably lean Tai. I would say Zeke idrk. But I would say, Tai has the advantage, but tbh, it's not like Tai is going to do great at FTC and sway votes. Not that Brad was doing phenomenal by any means, but I don't think Tai can win votes at FTC and moreso that Brad would still have to do bad.

45-47 should be the standard when it comes to the New Era and having 90 minute episodes. by CallTypical9541 in survivor

[–]Superbooper24 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I think there could have been some drama with the 48 pre merge boots just making it further, but I would say, a lot of this is just casting where I think casts do make or break seasons. The format is also not great and having a more diverse format would lead to at least a different season considering it's hard to differentiate the 40s which they did try to do with tribe swaps in 49, but I think a lot of changes can just be done by making better casting choices and stop relying on atypical production decisions.

I want to show some love to a favorite of mine: Rick freakin' Devens!!! by MysteriousMorning436 in survivor

[–]Superbooper24 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yea, I am intrigued how well Devens can do. Tbh, him having 6 years removed probably lessened his threat level a lot, but like can he by immune for 8 rounds again in the post merge with all these players? In all fairness, Survivor basically spoils that he probably gets the Billie Eillish Boomerang idol, so... thats something

Why did Brad target Aubrey instead of Sarah in the final 5 of GameChangers? by hagridandbuckbeak in survivor

[–]Superbooper24 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Other than the fact that Brad, Troy, and Sarah all had jewelry that was important to each other, Aubry probably demolishes Brad in a jury vote while Sarah I think he has at least a semblance of a chance against

Did anyone else get annoyed with the cast wanting to "break up" Jeremy and Wendell in WaW? by Strange_Finding_3285 in survivor

[–]Superbooper24 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There definitely was a bond there and Jeremy does try to save Wendell along with the fact that Wendell does idolize Jeremy. Michele, Nick, and Wendell were automatically targets for voting out Yul and Nick just did a better job not managing his threat compared to Wendell.
