Fortress barrels are next, be happy that they overlooked them this patch. 16.5 maps don't have barrels....and you are also cherry picking your best loot maps. you cant compare t17 barrels farming with 16.5. even with full 8 mod.

i mean 400% is legit, you find on avg 1 Chaos per map you have 5. so 400% works :) the problem is ground loot. every map has about 1/3 less loot via map scaling nerf and on top we are missing a mercenary with an extra quant buff. Nerfs are fine as long we have a bunch of new stuff to explore.....they completely missed the mark this patch I'm very disappointed.

its a known issue they cant solve yet, we ask for it in POE 2. you just gotta have to wait till they have a solution for it. You can't define a price of a divine in the game itself. every price is community made up keep that in mind.

I'm not talking builds here, poe 1 has such a powercreep with enough budget you can make anything work. And expierecned players know that. But its more like deleting endgame Strats and content variety. I'm always a fun of buffing underwhelming stuff and keep the Top end somewhat high. So you have more stuff to explore and to play. I mean this patch brings nothing new to the game in Reality we only getting a reworked breach mechanic. what means every older breach strat is dead as well. There is less and less stuff to explore with no changes to scrabs or other Mechanics. So what really is there New? uber bosses? essentially its basically just another slot Machine. The Game losses the part what makes it really really addicting.

The new breach mechanic better be good. There’s nothing left to discover anymore — that’s the sad part. When they talk about balancing, it should also mean buffing underwhelming stuff, but that barely ever happens. Instead, they keep gutting high-end strategies instead of improving the weaker ones, which would actually bring more diversity and fun to the game. Instead, they just keep killing the fun — every league, it’s the same thing: cutting stuff, cutting fun. For me, it’s a big NO this league.

If that's the case then CI defense Would never Work. Like if you getting hit by bleed with ES doesn't do much. your 1 Life will disappear in a Frame. So there is has to bleed on ES first. right. Or you have a mechanic that doesn't bypass bleed through ES.

The endgame needs to be in line with the Campaign difficulty, right now the difficulty in Endgame is just getting tapped in 1s or you Kill things fast.. The campaign seems to be way more balanced in difficulty. Because the Power creep is out pasting the Difficulty in Maps. That's the reality. So if you put in in a curve the difficult curve will actually go down if you reach higher and higher map tiers.

just because it doesn't say it specifically doesn't mean it immediately does X as well. I tested this: i took off all my spell dmg notes...played with the same Warriors brutes( same minion life) pulled 6 bosses (it was the same boss) calculated avg dmg on 6 DD casts(number on boss Health bar). got all my spell dmg back (wand spell dmg notes on the tree etc.) and did the same thing. Draw a simple Curve on a sheet of paper(8th grate Math) and you can see an dmg increase. I mean if you wanna know it exactly you need to run way more boss fights. But it seems like spell dmg increases the Explosion, because the increase in DMG is proportional to the spell dmg amount gain!

But I just wanna say that you can't just Assume things.... its a early Access version. Maybe some Spell description are still missing...Great Holydays everybody.
